The full range of services provided include; prototype tooling and parts, production molds of all types, engineering changes and repairs to your existing molds, and preventative maintenance services on your molds. Our consulting service, backed by decades of experience, will define and  document your mold problems and recommend corrective actions.

    Our commitment to quality begins in our engineering department with a complete, checked design, having dependability designed in at the onset. We build molds for a wide variety of requirements, from simple to complex, including features like internal or external threads, helical splines and gears, special core pulls or action, as well as insert, over molding, and two shot molding.

    Our mold builders are proud of the consistency and accuracy they maintain, while delivering their molds on or ahead of schedule. In order to ensure that your delivery requirements are met, our policy is for most of  the operations to be done in our plant. With our control system you are provided with weekly reports on each of your projects. To ensure that you will have the largest possible window for processing, we guarantee that all cavity details will be cut within a tolerance of 20% of part print tolerance or +_.001 which ever is greater.
